"There's never enough time in a day to do all the things I've want to do",

is what a friend of mine would always say.

One of them was finding time to prepare food for herself.

That's where I came in.

I had a bit more free time and having quite a bit of experience in a delicatessen, I was able to help her prepare some of her favorite wraps.

They were neat and tidy sandwiches that wouldn't have her fingers all greasy and not allow her to continue her work...it was exactly what she wanted and needed.

Her office mates would wonder what delicious wraps she would be eating every day...

...then they too started to order some from me.

One by one, they all tried and fell in love with the flavorful lunch wraps.

Now, they don't eat my wraps every single day, but when they do they're always happy and it's the thanks that allows me to continue to my work.

My name was essentially on every one of these wraps, so I always made certain that I would go out and get the freshest meats and vegetables and I don't know how many times I'm thanked that I use the freshest and best ingredients. I honestly don't think I can do it any other way.

So yeah, this is how it all started! :)
