AJ's Breakfast

I've always loved breakfast!

It's just at times when I want something a bit different, I could never find it.

So while working at a restaurant, before my shift started, I'd bring in some ingredients from home to make some burritos and at times some breakfast bowls.

It started with myself of course, then co-workers wanted something that I could whip up and then it basically kept going on from there!

I always used the freshest ingredients I could find at the supermarket, even if it cost me more.

In the end, I knew the fresher ingredients would equate to better tasting food, period.

Now I'm partnered with some great people and just seeing where all this goes...
